DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
We always do our best to ensure that you have no reason to return an item. However, we understand that these circumstances can still arise. So please read through our delivery and returns policy.
Please note, that we are not manufacturers of the products we sell and therefore cannot offer any guarantees in relation to performance or safety.
HOW WILL MY ITEM BE SENT TO ME?
All orders are shipped using a tracked service. The delivery partner used is dependent upon the size and weight of item being shipped. A signature will be required upon delivery so please ensure, there is someone at the property to sign for your order. Shipping costs vary depending upon size, weight and location.

Alternatively, if you want to save on delivery you can collect your order for FREE from our shop at 4 Johnston’s Lane, Dundee. Simply, select ‘Collection’ at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We aim to ship all items as quickly as possible. However, please allow 5-10 working days for your item to be dispatched. Once shipped, the delivery should reach you within 3-5 working days. However, please note that delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES OR THE WRONG ITEM IS SENT?
We thoroughly check each item before it’s sent to make sure it's in excellent condition. We also ensure that each and every order is carefully and securely packaged. This means that it is rare for an item to arrive damaged. We ask that you inspect the packaging when it arrives, while the delivery partner is still there. If you’re not happy with the condition of the packaging, let our delivery partner know and contact us as soon as possible if your order has been damaged in any way. We will assess damage and advise on returns process. If you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately at email@example.com.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel within 24 hours. After this point, your bespoke lenses have been created and cannot be returned. Simply contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, in shop or by email or phone, and we'll cancel your order, providing a full refund.
CAN I EXCHANGE THE FRAMES I ORDER?
If for any reason you are unhappy with a pair of non-bespoke frames (non-prescription sunglasses or non-prescription frames) we are happy for you to exchange these for another pair. So long as you have retained the original packaging and the item is still in the same condition it was received. Exchanges must be requested via firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of you having received them.
Any custom order that includes prescription lenses cannot be exchanged as these lenses are made to order.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Before returning an order, please contact us at email@example.com. If you’re not completely happy, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please note that prescription lenses are bespoke and are therefore non-refundable. In instances where the frame or lenses are damaged or faulty in anyway, we will be happy to investigate the issue and work with our frame provider and lens partners to provide a replacement. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 7 working days of you having received your order. All return costs must be covered by the buyer.
