Alternatively, if you want to save on delivery you can collect your order for FREE from our shop at 4 Johnston’s Lane, Dundee. Simply, select ‘Collection’ at checkout.
We aim to ship all items as quickly as possible. However, please allow 5-10 working days for your item to be dispatched. Once shipped, the delivery should reach you within 3-5 working days.
Returns
If you’re not completely happy, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 7 working days of you having received your order. All return costs must be covered by the buyer. All refunds exclude postage and will only be refunded by the payment method used. Please note that a full refund will only be offered when frames have been purchased with the free standard single vision lenses.
